Bee GCD
The Core software tier was used to provide Bee GCD flexibility when getting into HYDROS. This provided Bee a solid foundation for well registration and management while providing plenty of room to upgrade and grow.

Blanco-Pedernales Groundwater Conservation District
Blanco-Pedernales needed to get a handle on their data. Multiple data sources were gathered, cleaned, and consolidated to get a more accurate record of the data. These data sources included an Access database and multiple Excel spreadsheets. Blanco also went live with the Water Quality package to record, track, and map their water quality readings.
Bluebonnet GCD
Bluebonnet GCD uses HYDROS to incorporate individual drillers and well owners into the well registration, permitting, and life-cycle process. Advanced data cleaning procedures were used to incorporate large amounts of data across various formats and files. This solved a specific pain point Bluebonnet was having with data management.
Central Texas GCD
Central Texas GCD was the first HYDROS client to come out of a competitor cloud platform and into HYDROS. Many new features were added to HYDROS for this deployment. Advanced permitting, updated comments and improved attachments packages were added. An entire Letters package was developed which allows staff to generate a custom pdf, automatically attach it as a file, have a comment made to track the transaction, and then email that pdf out to contacts, well owners, drillers, or anyone with an email address. Central took advantage of bulk loaded attachments and was the first client to provide bulk comments from their former service provider.
Hill Country Underground Water Conservation District
Hill Country is the newest district to adopt HYDROS. Staff needed to update their aging database using the latest technology. Hill Country decided to add LiDAR data to their deployment as well as a custom development piece regarding stratigraphy.
Lone Wolf GCD
Lone Wolf GCD took advantage of a customized well registration process to implement specific rules from the district. The ability to select live driller registration information from TDLR further simplifies the registration process eliminating duplicate data entry and mistakes.

McMullen GCD
McMullen GCD needed to load historical well data from various sources. Specific workflows allowed McMullen to customize how both exempt and non-exempt wells are handled.

Menard County Underground Water District
Menard County represents another small GCD using HYDROS as a staff multiplier. Meredith Allen manages Menard. She is the second GCD manager who uses HYDROS for day-to-day business operations at multiple GCDs under her administration. HYDROS is becoming a powerful tool to boost ROI for both new and existing clients. Menard County is also the first GCD to populate their HYDROS deployment with data from the TWDB.
Sutton Underground Water Conservation District
Sutton County represents one of the smaller GCDs that uses HYDROS to increase their management capability and efficiency. Having focused software reduces time spent and realizes cost savings. Sutton also went live with a new software package which records rainfall and visualizes this over time.
Upper Trinity GCD
Upper Trinity is the busiest GCD in the state of Texas and registers more wells than any other district. HYDROS handles day-to-day critical business processes for well management such as registration and approval of all well applications, collecting production volumes, and keeping running comments of the entire well life-cycle. A data loading service enabled batch uploading of over 50,000 scanned documents with each one matched to the correct well.
